I live in Norway, or in the words of Led Zeppelin - the land of the ice and snow.This winter, that has been a fact too true for comfort.
Seriously. Here on the coast, we’ve had degrees as far down as -20C - -4F, for you Americans. We usually spend the winter at 0 degrees C/32F!! For months, we could put our bottles of Coke outside, and expect it to be frozen after half an hour.
Right now, it’s March - the first month of “spring”. However, from my seat at school, I can tell it isn’t quite “spring” yet: Sure, the snow is melting, and we only have around a foot (30cm) most places, but it’s still winter. It’s Easter in a week, and I barely see anything green outside…
Dearest spring, please be quick - we are longing for your arrival up here!
